About

Industry depth.
In the classroom.

I spent the better part of a decade at Broadpeak as VP Cloud Platform, building CDN products and video delivery infrastructure used by broadcasters and operators across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. That meant shipping real products under real constraints — not prototypes, not proofs of concept.

Today I'm Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where I work at the intersection of cloud platform engineering, media infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy. I've spent years building OTT and FAST platforms, SSAI systems, and cloud-native media workflows — the systems that invisibly power the streaming services students interact with every day.

Guest lecturing matters to me because the gap between what's taught and what's built is real. The best students I've met want to understand why decisions were made — not just how a protocol works, but what tradeoffs the team was facing before a launch. That's what I bring.

French engineer, US-based, with experience spanning Europe, North America, APAC, and LATAM. Lectures available in English and French.

Curriculum

What I Teach

Every topic is drawn from direct industry experience — built, shipped, and operated at scale.

Streaming Architecture

End-to-end platform design: ingest, transcode, package, deliver, play. How real platforms handle millions of concurrent streams without breaking.

CDN & Edge Delivery

How content delivery networks work, peering, caching strategies, PoP architecture, and why edge matters for latency and scale.

Cloud Media Infrastructure

Building media workflows on modern cloud (OCI, AWS, GCP). Cloud-native transcoding, object storage, and delivery pipelines at scale.

Media over QUIC (MoQ)

The emerging IETF protocol redefining live media transport. Where it stands today, what problems it solves, and where it is going.

Low Latency Streaming

LHLS, LL-DASH, CMAF, WebRTC. The tradeoffs, the real-world limitations, and what "low latency" actually means in production environments.

OTT & FAST Platforms

How streaming services and free ad-supported TV channels are built, monetized, and scaled. The business model behind the platforms students use daily.

Streaming Economics

Unit economics, subscriber models, ad revenue, churn, and the business logic driving every major streaming decision behind the scenes.

Ad Tech & SSAI

Server-side ad insertion, dynamic ad insertion, programmatic advertising in video. How ads get into streams without breaking the viewing experience.

Product Management in Deep Tech

What it means to be a PM on complex infrastructure products. Roadmapping, stakeholder management, and GTM for highly technical products.

Building Cloud Platforms

From zero to enterprise: how platform products are conceived, built, and brought to market. The full lifecycle of a cloud infrastructure product.

Engineering Leadership

Technical leadership without losing engineering credibility. Managing teams, setting technical direction, and scaling organizations across geographies.

International Tech Careers

Navigating global careers in tech: EU to US transitions, working across cultures, and building international product intuition across regions.
